Your tasks
- You will actively drive the sale of the TASCHEN program with a clear focus on generating new business and expanding our customer base
- You are confident making calls and reaching out to potential clients, both by phone and in person
- You will promote our brand and products through proactive customer acquisition and targeted follow-ups
- You bring your previous sales experience, ideally in an art, gallery, luxury retail, or comparable environment, to build strong client relationships and close deals
- You will support the team with warehouse management, ordering, database maintenance, coordination of incoming goods, merchandise shipments, and presentation and maintenance of the product range
- You will contribute your organizational skills to TASCHEN events such as book signings, art fairs, and new openings at home and abroad
- Your excellent communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus) help you to establish trust and long-term client relationships
- Social skills, a proactive, sales-driven mindset, and a customer-oriented approach enable you to meet and exceed both personal and team sales targets
