Your tasks

Support the Sales Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with B2B clients (bookstores, distributors, corporate clients, etc.)
Participate in the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing offers, and following up on orders
Assist in the preparation of client presentations and sales pitches
Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify business opportunities
Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client information and interactions
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team (contracts, quotations, follow-up)

Your profile

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Sales, or a related field
Strong interest in B2B sales and client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
