Ihre Aufgaben
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts in der Buchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Monats-, und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des jährlichen Konzernabschlusses
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, statistischen Meldungen und Mitwirkung bei Steuererklärungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Behörden
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von internen Prozessen und Kontrollen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei Budgetierung, Forecasts und Reportings
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit Fokus auf HGB
  • Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Genauigkeit
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzfreude, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Italienisch wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse von MS-Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Kenntnisse in MS Excel und den weiteren Microsoft Office Programmen

Your tasks
  • Independent handling of day-to-day accounting operations
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
  • Participation in the preparation of the annual consolidated financial statement
  • Preparation of VAT returns, statistical reports, and assistance with tax declarations
  • Point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
  • Development and optimization of internal processes and controls
  • Support for management in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Your profile
  • Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial education with a focus on accounting
  • Professional experience in accounting with a focus on HGB
  • Strong numerical understanding, quick comprehension, and high level of accuracy
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
  • High level of commitment, strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, German, Italian is a plus
  • Ideally, experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
