Our Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient execution of sales processes. This individual acts as a bridge between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments, focusing on administrative and operational support while enhancing customer satisfaction. The tasks include but not limited to the below:
- Maintain sales materials including stock list, order form, ship-by-month report, Edelweiss, PDF/ dropbox catalog files (frontlist and backlist)
- Liaise and provide customer service support to external rep groups (including forwarding orders to Ingram for processing)
- Keep showrooms updated with new/current samples
- Keep Ribbon order platform updated (monthly)
- Manage ‘in-house’ accounts and ravel within Southwest to visit customers
- Assist specialty account manager with prospecting and support new business endeavors by creating pitch letters, creating database and large pipeline of potential customers, doing outreach, and passing along leads.
- Act as back-up for all account managers and directors when they are traveling/ out of office
- Assist in preparing for annual sales conferences and roundtable discussions by researching comparable titles, organizing sales materials, and other responsibilities as coordinated with Sales Director.
- Prepare and submit monthly Internal Report
