The CRM and Email Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in TASCHEN’s sales efforts. You will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns that resonate with our luxury clientele, driving engagement, retention, and sales. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of luxury branding and e-commerce.
- Develop and execute targeted, automated email campaigns for our B2B and B2C retail business by using A/B testing, segmentation, personalization, and tools like Klaviyo, Brevo and shopify.
- Set up lead scoring, workflows, and automations to streamline sales cycles and ensure that sales teams are working with the most relevant prospects.
- Prepare analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, email open rates, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Maintain CRM tools to suit the needs of the sales team, ensuring they can capture the right data, track the correct interactions, and streamline the sales process.
- Train and support the sales team in using the CRM and email marketing tools effectively, ensuring they understand how to use these tools to streamline their workflows.
